Talent Acquisition Specialist - Concessions International - Atlanta Airport

Position is responsible for facilitating full cycle recruitment. Identifies top level talent through various sourcing methods. Builds and maintains pipeline of talent. Also, position conducts and coordinates phone screens and in-person interviews. Reviews job descriptions to assess and understand the needs of hiring managers. Administers the 30/60/90 day reviews, new hire on-boarding process and orientation.
