By ensuring all dishware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized, you help create a safe and efficient environment that supports the entire culinary team.

Responsibilities • Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment • Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation • Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean • Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized • Assist with special and deep cleaning
