ResourceWise was founded in 2009 by Gregor Barnes. Gregor had spent the last fifteen years being involved in managing resource intensive office environments. The last nine years of that period were spent in the tight margin, profit orientated, Business Process Outsourcing industry. During his time in BPO he was at the forefront of resourcing strategy and the role it played in exceeding profit margins and winning new client business. At ResourceWise we utilize 'ground up' resource modeling as the key to what we deliver. The 'ground up' modeling process, from workload drivers, through individual work items, to actual people performing a task, gives us the depth of understanding needed to derive an accurate business plan with derived savings. While ResourceWise remains a relatively small consultancy firm, we retain the scalability to increase with your companies requirements. This flexibility and its implicit overhead reduction, allows us to be extremely competitive and transparent with our costs. It also allows us to maintain a personal touch with our clients; one of many things that our larger rivals find impossible.
