Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and professional commercial painting subcontractor crews to partner with us on ongoing projects. Crews will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services on commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

- Perform interior and exterior painting for commercial buildings according to specifications.

- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) to ensure proper finish.

- Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

- Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades on-site.

Prerequisites:

- General Liability Insurance (minimum coverage as required by contract).

- Workers’ Compensation Insurance for all crew members.

- Legal Authorization to Work in the United States.

- Valid Business License and ability to provide W-9.

- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (preferred).

- Reliable Transportation for crew and equipment.

- Own Tools and Equipment suitable for commercial painting projects.

- Minimum 3 Years of Commercial Painting Experience (preferred).

- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
