We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

- Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion - Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables - Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting - Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors - Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team

Requirements

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Exceptional attention to detail and organization - Strong project coordination and time-management skills - Able to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details - Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently - Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
