Certified Medical Technician ( CMT ) - Part Time

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Technician to join our senior living team. As a Certified Medication Technician, you’ll play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, accurate, and compassionate medication management while supporting their overall comfort and well-being. What You’ll Do • Safely administer medications according to physician orders, care plans, and facility policies. • Monitor residents for changes in condition, medication effectiveness, or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns. • Maintain accurate medication records and documentation using electronic health records. • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence. • Protect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA confidentiality. • Work closely with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other members of the care team. • Follow all applicable regulations, safety procedures, and infection-control practices. What We’re Looking For • Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification for our 3pm-11:30pm shift • Experience working with older adults in assisted living, personal care, skilled nursing, hospital, or home care settings preferred. • Knowledge of medication administration, medical terminology, and resident care. • Experience with electronic medical records, such as PointClickCare, preferred. • A caring, dependable Certified Medication Technician who takes pride in providing excellent resident care.
