Sr. Solution Architect, Front End Trading Application, IT

Position Description

We are looking for a Sr Solution Architect to join our IT department for the front business Market Connectivity team in Hong Kong.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

- As part of the development devliery team, work very closely with business users, and other front office development and support teams to develop our Market Connectivity platform - Task planning, collect and handle requests from various parties - Continuously review and provide recommendation to improve the system - Liaise with other development teams to agree and document design of interrelated functions - Conduct code review and provide guidance to other team members - Unit testing, functional testing of the developed code - Responsible for timely and quality delivery of software solutions - Ensure full compliance to the firm's and regulatory requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. - 5-8 years of related technical experience in banking systems - Knowledge of WPF would be a plus - Knowledge of OMS/EMS/Cash Equities concepts would be a plus - Experience in C# development - Exposure to software engineering tools/applications (like Git, JIRA) - Familiarity with Agile development processes and techniques - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proficiency in English is mandatory, Chiense speaking will be of advantage
