Nurse - One day a week

Provides Effective and efficient patient/client care under the supervision of a registered nurse in accordance with the patient/client plan of care, applicable law and regulation, accepted standards of nursing practice, payer requirements, and Chicago Commons policies and procedures. The LPN performs selected acts in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, including the administration of treatments and medications in the care of the ill, injured, or informed the Maintenance of health and prevention of illness under the direction of a registered nurse.
