LPN, Occupational Health - Full Time

Clinical support for busy Occupational Health Department performing physical exams, BWC visits, drug and alcohol testing, respirator fit tests, vision tests, hearing tests, blood draws, Spirometry tests, Tb screenings, vaccinations, and any other required services performed through our Occupational Health Program Full-time Monday - Friday flexible to work at any one of our three locations in Norwalk, Bellevue, or Willard and able to adjust hours between 6am-5pm for clinic coverage and onsite wellness events.
