Summary Job Description
The Cut and Sew Superintendent Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of a Cutting and a Sewing Department.
Essential Duties
- Manage all aspects of Cut and Sew departments with the assistance of managers
- Maintain quality control standards, safety standards, and labor efficiencies
- Work closely with the upholstery floor to resolve any quality or production issues
- Identify and address fabric and leather issues working through our Purchasing Department
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
