About the role
Essential Duties
- Manages International Inbound and Outbound shipments (excluding Canada)
- Handles other container related duties that are classified as freight/transportation.
- Works with vendors to schedule container deliveries, checks Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) for accuracy
- Codes Freight Bills and sends to Accounting Department
- Manages the tracking and communication of White Glove Delivery and Expedited orders
- Assist with rate negotiations and communications
- Does Inventory Counts and other duties as assigned
