About the role
The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Recovery Coach to join our teams located in Easthampton, Greenfield, and Orange clinics. The Recovery Coach will provide direct support to individuals who identify as having a history of addiction and substance misuse.
Your role as a Recovery Coach:
Recovery Coaches provide direct support to individuals who identify as having struggles with addiction and substance misuse. Our Greenfield Clinic program works with individuals to establish and support the person’s Recovery Plan by helping to set short-term goals and motivate the person toward recovery. Develop a helpful, confidential and supportive relationship with people and provide informal guidance, act as a sounding board, and build people’s confidence and hope.
