Program Director - IHT

CHD is seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to serve as Program Director for our In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring programs. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape high-quality, community-based behavioral health services that help children, adolescents, and families thrive. As Program Director, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight for CBHI outreach services, leading a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. You will play a key role in program development, staff mentorship, quality improvement, and community partnerships while ensuring exceptional outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.
