Licensed Practical Nurse

As an LPN in our residential program, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide direct nursing support, medication administration, and day-to-day assistance on the unit. A typical day will include passing meds, triaging medical concerns, directing clients to adhere to daily schedule, prompting completion of activities of daily living, and sometimes coaching the clients through them, supervising client movement, monitoring meals, orienting new admissions to the unit, and providing general oversight of the unit to ensure a safe and serene environment.

You’ll contribute to a trauma-informed environment that emphasizes safety, dignity, and support for men and women rebuilding their lives from the devastating effects of substance use, trauma and mental illness.
