Home Visitor Position for Help Me Grow Early Childhood Program -Summit County

Catholic Charities, is seeking a few candidates who want to make a difference to join our Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor in Summit County. In this role you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and their children to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between mother/caregiver and child. You'd be responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; completing virtual and home visits, develop goals, conduct screenings, referring to community resources.

Qualified candidates must have at least an Associate's Degree in urban studies, early childhood, social work or 2+ years experience in human services, early childhood or similar field. A valid DL as well.
