Home Visitor, Early Childhood Program, Wayne & Ashland Counties - Fulltime & Flexible

Catholic Charities is seeking mission-driven candidates to join our Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor. In this role you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and their children (0-5) to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between caregiver and child. This position is responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; completing home visits, conduct screening, facilitate parenting education and making referrals to other resources. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
