Program Coordinator Community Housing - Hosanna House

The Program Coordinator coordinates client services and facility operations for either the Holden Hall Community Service program, which serves single men experiencing homelessness, or the Hosanna House Community Housing program, which serves single women experiencing homelessness. This position provides case management services that support the development and achievement of individualized client service plans, collaborates with community partners, volunteers, and City agencies, and prepares accurate and timely program reports.
