Responsibilities:

- Lead your team to success by providing exceptional patient care and setting a positive example - Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensure accurate documentation - Communicate effectively with all staff, customers, and families to build strong relationships - Encourage staff to be their best selves and provide guidance and support as needed - Be an Ambassador for our organization, embodying our values of excellence, empathy, and enthusiasm

Requirements:

- Licensed Nurse in Maryland (MO) - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Setting
