Sales Assistant (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting - Ensure optimum sales levels are met - Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed - Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look - To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business - Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction - Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

Your Profile

- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred - Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible - Excellent communication and 'people' skills - Confidence, drive and enthusiasm - Excellent German speaking skills, any other language will be an asset

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary of at least € 2'251 for full-time work, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for retail employees. Depending on your qualifications and prior experience, we are willing to pay above the standard rate.
