Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is one of the major organizations responsible for the research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) of new and emerging technologies to enhance and increase the capabilities of Naval SIGINT programs (SSEE/CCOP). This support includes but is not limited to; research and identification of innovative technology, requirements analysis, testing and demonstration, technical writing, representation at S&T/R&D conferences, training, procurement, configuration management, production, transition support, drafting and repair.
