Clinical Development and Engagement Lead

Role Summary The Clinical Development and Engagement Lead is responsible for advancing the professional development, engagement, onboarding, and integration of MPOWERHealth’s Surgical Assist (SA) teams. This role partners closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure a high-quality clinician experience from candidate assessment through long-term engagement and retention. The Lead serves as a key steward of clinical culture, clinician experience, and workforce growth.
