Associate, Emerging Talent - Global Talent Acquisition

- Build and maintain active relationships with target universities globally, including their careers services, relevant faculty and student societies, ensuring CHAI has a consistent and visible presence at the institutions that matter most. - Coordinate CHAI's attendance at university careers events and fairs, organising logistics, preparing materials and representing CHAI directly to students in a way that is engaging and grounded in the CHAI mission. - Work with CHAI programme leads and staff who are alumni of target universities, activating them as advocates and speakers and coordinating their involvement in campus activities. - Support the end-to-end coordination of CHAI's intern programme, managing the application process, communications, and logistics for each cohort and...
