Sales Development Manager

We are seeking our new Sales Development Manager to join the Axway team! Axway is seeking a high-performing SDR Manager, Americas, to lead and develop a team of several Sales Development Representatives focused on driving pipeline growth for the Amplify business across North America, Canada, and Latin America. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role executes outbound prospecting strategies, develops SDR talent, drives performance against pipeline goals, and ensures consistent execution across the Americas.
