SERVER ASSISTANT/BAR-DEL MAR FORT LAUDERDALE

It is the responsibility of a server assistant/bar to assist the bar team in their daily operations to ensure the bar operates smoothly. This includes, but not limited to, assisting with opening and closing duties, cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked and taking on other duties to support the Bar team. Bar prep are knowledgeable about our menu items, attentive, and focused on providing extraordinary server pin a fast-paced environment. This is a guest-facing position that may require providing water and bread service, clearing tables, and assisting with other dining room responsibilities as needed.
