Concessions Line Cook

Essential Job Functions: Assist patrons and accept payment for food & beverage service in a friendly and ethical manner Notifies stand supervisor of inventory items needed Receives payment and makes appropriate change as needed Records in cash register and balances cash at end of shift Cooks or performs other minor duties to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain orderly eating or serving areas Maintains quality control of food and the sanitation of area Follows directions of the supervisor and cash handling policy guidelines as directed Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Other duties as assigned
