Solution Marketing Specialist - Energy

The Solution Marketing Specialist (Energy) supports AFL's Solution Marketing Manager across the Energy, vertical, translating vertical marketing strategy into scoped deliverables, Marketing Shared Services (MSS) briefs, and well-orchestrated cross-functional workflows. This role is the operational backbone of go-to-market execution, ensuring that launches, campaigns, content, and enablement programs are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned to strategic priorities. Working closely with Solution Marketing Manager (Energy), Technical Copywriter, Product Line Management (PLM), Solution Engineering (SE), Market Development, and Marketing Shared Services (MSS), the Specialist drives day-to-day execution, monitors performance and quality, and oversees deliverables.
