Senior Manager, Learning from Demonstration

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning from Demonstration based in United States. The Senior Manager, Learning from Demonstration will lead advanced AI and robotics research focused on turning emerging ideas into practical capabilities for humanoid robots. You’ll bridge cutting-edge machine learning research with real-world robotic applications and help shape the product roadmap over a one- to two-year horizon. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on research direction, and people management within a high-performing innovation organization. You’ll guide work across learning from demonstration, real-time planning, adaptive motor control, and human-robot interaction. You’ll also help accelerate the use of teleoperation, synthetic data, and fleet learning to improve robot performance and reliability. This is an opportunity to build new methodologies where established playbooks do not yet exist while maintaining a strong focus on experimentation, rigor, and delivery. The role is fully remote, with hybrid options available near select U.S. offices.
