Team Lead - Embedded Linux (m/f/d)

To strengthen our software organization, we are looking for you as an Embedded Linux Team Lead who takes ownership of systems that make a real difference in the field. In this role, you provide technical and disciplinary leadership and shape the foundation of our mission-critical platforms. Your work enables high-performance, robust, and reliable embedded systems designed to operate under demanding real-world conditions. You set technical direction, ensure long-term system stability, and guide complex embedded solutions from initial concept through to operational deployment. What is your Day to Day Mission: Technical and disciplinary leadership of an embedded Linux development team Planning, coordination, and prioritization of development tasks and resources Technical ownership of embedded Linux platforms (BSP, kernel, drivers, user space) Close collaboration with product management, hardware development, and embedded software development Ensuring high code quality, architectural standards, and robust development processes Coaching, mentoring, and continuous development of team members Contribution to technology decisions and long-term strategic development
