We're looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Elkton, MD clinical team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to shape clinical quality, develop counselors, and directly influence patient outcomes — with real authority to make it happen.

What You'll Do

As Clinical Manager, you'll own the daily administration and clinical quality of CCG's services, partnering closely with the Executive Director to drive both team performance and patient outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

• Partner with the Executive Director on interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Conduct 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions that inspire growth and accountability
• Build a supportive, high-performing culture where clinicians feel valued and connected to their purpose

Clinical Quality & Model Fidelity

• Ensure adherence to CCG's evidence-based, harm-reduction, recovery-oriented care model
• Coach staff in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care
• Observe sessions and safeguard documentation to maintain clinical standards and compliance

Performance & Compliance

• Own clinical KPIs — patient retention, program completion, outcomes, and length of stay
