Director Residential Services

Position Purpose: The Director Residential Services provides strategic and clinical leadership for all residential programs, ensuring alignment with agency goals and organizational values. This role oversees, coordinates, and manages all aspects of residential clinical services to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed care. The Director ensures continuity of services across teams and shifts while upholding ethical, legal, and moral standards within a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards; guiding clinical model fidelity, supporting workforce development, and partnering closely with operations to Maintain seamless client experience.
