Outside Service Staff

To provide high-end service to members, spouses, junior golfers and guests in the bag room, driving range and staging areas to assist members, spouses, juniors and guests Responsibilities and Tasks · Maintaining the bag room, cart storage facility and driving range areas in a neat and orderly manner · Knowledgeable of club policies and procedures · O pening/closing the bag, cart and range facilities as well as locking specified gates and preparing all for daily operations · P icking, restocking and maintaining all practice facilities, cleaning and culling of range balls · Monitoring the side range gates during operating hours · S torage, cleaning and transportation of golf bags/clubs which are stored in the bag room or guest bags arriving for or departing after play · Meeting and greeting members and their guests upon arrival · Monitor the golf operations area and notify the professional staff of any irregularities. This includes practice facility, golf course, dress code and golf cart use by members and guests · Carry out any additional requests by Head Golf Professional, First Assistant, Assistant Golf Professional or General Manager
