- Enters customers' transactions into computer and issues tickets- Cashes tickets, cancels tickets and pays out winnings.- Counts all cash on hand at end of shift to balance to net cash responsibility.- Provides friendly and efficient guest service.- Sells vouchers and provides results and summaries as requested.- Ensures scheduled simulcast races are on designated monitors in the OTB.
