DISTRIBUTION LOADING COORDINATOR

Specific Responsibilities : Creates an orderly, respectful, efficient loading operation. Recognizes when equipment is not working properly and alerts appropriate manager. Recognizes when contractors aren’t handling responsibilities as expected and resolves issues focusing on customer needs. Straps, labels and bags mail. Loads bundles on conveyors and trucks. Properly stacks papers on skids and bags mail. Participates in all safety training provided by the company, including hand pallet training. Uses downtime as clean-up time. Maintains a “customer comes first” environment with pro-active commitment to internal & external customer service. Performs all jobs & functions as assigned by supervisor. Preserves confidentiality of all advertisements. Participates in the Great Game of Business. Delivers papers and bundles as assigned. Other duties as assigned
