Maintenance Supervisor

Keep It Running. Keep It Safe. Keep It Home. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Stout Management Company, you’ll lead the charge in keeping our communities safe, efficient, and beautifully maintained. From overseeing repairs to mentoring your team, you’ll make sure every resident feels right at home. What You’ll Do: Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team to complete work orders, unit make-readies, and repairs accurately and on time Oversee property inspections, safety checks, and preventative maintenance to keep all buildings, equipment, and grounds in excellent condition Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, supplies, and budgets to ensure cost-effective operations Respond to maintenance emergencies, participate in the on-call rotation, and maintain readiness for after-hours issues Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards, Fair Housing, and company policies Support custodial tasks and assist with resident move-ins, inspections, and service requests as needed
