To bring product from concept through design and prototype into mass production. Provide the most accurate manufacturing quotes; promote the most cost effective and manufacturable designs; and design processes and purchase equipment to ensure product is manufactured in the most capable, safe (ergonomics) fashion. Pursue continuous improvement initiatives (process and procedural). Act as technical resource to others.
