Supervisor - Assembly (MES) - Day Shift

The Supervisor Assembly - Day Shift will work closely with the department manager to oversee the daily activities necessary to achieve our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). They will supervise a team consisting of hourly team members and will typically have responsibility for multiple shifts. They provide day-to-day work direction for the team, focused on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions. The supervisor will promote a safety culture; taking all reasonable precautions to protect team members from illness or injury.
