Lead Therapist

Job Purpose The Lead Therapist promotes and provides therapeutic services to residents and their families. This role provides clinical leadership through direct service delivery, clinical consultation, case review, and program support, ensuring services align with Rawhide policies, licensing requirements, and best practices. The Lead Therapist also supports program effectiveness through evaluation, staff supervision, and continuous improvement.
