SOFTWARE APPLICATION TESTER

SUMMARY Performs assigned testing tasks on current projects to validate software applications as part of system implementations. This is a hands-on systems tester role focused on executing testing activities. Will be assigned multiple software applications and may face tight deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Execute test cases in accordance with test plans, project specifications, and business requirements. · Document, track, and communicate test results, issues, and resolutions. · Analyze information and workflows to identify appropriate actions, requirements, and process improvements. · Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers, vendors, and company personnel via phone, email, correspondence, and in person. · Respond timely to inquiries, messages, and requests for information. · Accurately enter and maintain information within company systems and reporting tools. · Collaborate effectively in both team and independent work environments. · Maintain timelines in compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines. · Demonstrate adaptability, accountability, professionalism, and a willingness to accept constructive feedback. · Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including overtime or adjusted schedules as needed. · Perform other duties as assigned.
