Fleming Electric, Inc. is recruiting Electricians to join our growing company. We are seeking self-motivated professionals to advance their career with our team in NW Arkansas. If you have at least 3 years of experience in the electrical trade & are classified as a 3 rd or 4 th year apprentice, don’t miss this opportunity. Responsibilities Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing various types of wire & conduit Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers Tests continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter, battery and buzzer, and oscilloscope Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code Keep work area, machines, tools, and equipment clean Operate heavy equipment and machinery in the performance of these essential duties Respond to service requests from dispatch office Communicate with dispatch center, manager, customers, and peers Have a firm understanding OSHA, MCC, and site-specific safety procedures This is not meant to be comprehensive list of all responsibilities EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled Company Benefits (waiting period applies) Health/Long Term Disability & other Benefits available Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Opportunity for advancement
