Customer Success Specialist, Vulcan SynMax · Houston, TX (Hybrid) · Full-time SynMax's Vulcan platform tracks energy and infrastructure construction in near real-time using satellite imagery - catching what filings and forecasts miss, months before anyone else does. We're growing fast, and we need someone who can turn interested prospects into signed customers, and signed customers into long-term fans. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Vulcan Business Development lead to keep every deal moving, and you'll be the friendly, reliable face our customers know they can always count on.
