What You’ll Do

As a Talent Partner, you’ll be a strategic partner and executional powerhouse, helping Edmentum attract and hire top-tier talent across our most critical functions. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple functions – primarily focusing on revenue-generating roles – ensuring every hire is aligned with our mission, values, and growth goals. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, optimize sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless, inclusive candidate experience that reflects the best of who we are.

In this role you will:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, from intake to offer, across Sales, Customer Success, and other critical teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align sourcing strategies, and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, campaigns, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics using our ATS and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and visibility into pipeline health.
• Contribute to employer branding through compelling job postings, candidate communications, and social media engagement.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance to ensure hiring plans align with workforce strategy and organizational goals.

• You have hands-on experience with ATS platforms (like Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (like Gem).
