Desktop Technician

* The candidate must be able to read, write and speak both English and Japanese fluently. * The candidate must be highly self-motivated and self-directed. * Excellent ability to present ideas in a professional and user-friendly language and have excellent telephone, verbal writing and organizational skills. * This position includes early day arrival or late night depending on severity of issue and work load. * Occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work required. Desired Qualifications The following certifications are not required but preferred: A+ certification, Networking+, Cisco or Microsoft certifications and/or a number of years with hands on experience in the above requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft products and Active Directory structure and operational procedures.
