Your Role Lead civil and water / wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing cost, schedule, contracts, and client relationships. What You'll Do Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project controls Administer owner contracts, buyout, procurement, and change management Coordinate with superintendents and field leadership to align plan vs. execution Lead client, consultant, and municipal coordination as needed Monitor risk and drive safe, compliant execution through closeout What You Bring Proven project leadership with strong financial and scheduling discipline Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with owners and partners Problem-solving mindset and commitment to safety and quality
