Leasing Consultant Olen is seeking a skilled and motivated, full-time Leasing Consultant for our multi-family apartment community in Boynton Beach, Florida, Indian Hills! We are looking for a motivated self-starter with 2-3 years of leasing experience in the residential property management field. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for performing all the duties associated with the leasing of vacant units on the property to help ensure a high occupancy rate and assisting in the customer service and retention of current residents. This position requires an individual with good organizational skills, who can prioritize multiple tasks and enjoys working with people in an energetic atmosphere.
