Assistant Store Manager

O My Bag is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our stores in Amsterdam. You'll support the Store Manager in building a motivated team and delivering a consistently great experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We're growing fast. Our ambition is to open a third store in the Netherlands in the first half of 2027 and a strong foundation in our current stores, the right team, the right standards, the right way of working, is essential to get there. This role plays a direct part in building that foundation.
