What You’ll Be Doing Drive discovery, demo, and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams to understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements. Recommend future state workflows, challenge, and guide the customer through implementing Eightfold (eightfold.ai). Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on business process evolution to drive robust outcomes and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the talented nformal technical team to assess the feasibility of requirements and customize the solution delivered to the customer. Work closely with the Engagement Manager, who will drive the project based on agile methodology. Demonstrate the solution's functionalities and train the customer’s team. What You Bring Experience as a technology implementation consultant with over three customer go-lives under your belt. 4+ years of experience with an HRIS or ATS. Understanding of HR processes and HR data management in a large organization. Initiative to tackle tough tasks with a sense of urgency and engagement. Agility to actively seek new ways to grow and face challenges. Courage to address difficult issues and voice what needs to be said.
