The Tent Junior Foreman is responsible for the timely, safe, and efficient installation of tents and related equipment for our Tents, Structure and Flooring Division. The foreman must be able to communicate and guide a crew. As well as providing great customer service and a great experience for our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Following the best practices for safety on and off the road Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Must have a positive attitude Delivery, install, and removal of equipment; tents, stages, floors, lighting, etc. Offer excellent customer service through friendly and professional service Directing and monitoring the work of others. Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively Read maps, and follow written instructions Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends Be aware of weather conditions at job site and plan install accordingly Inspecting all tent components prior to assembly The ability to adapt to and work well with changing priorities and situations The ability to define and prioritize problems and resolve them quickly Ensures cargo is loaded and secured against movement and damage Comply with all D.O.T. regulations. Collect and verify delivery instructions Effectively plans trip using maps, GPS, written or verbal information Properly and safely operate a box truck. Report defects, accidents, or violations Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
