Document Production Workflow Coordinator

The Global Document Services (“GLODOCS”) Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Global Document Services team. This role will be responsible for acting as the frontline contact between Latham’s Global Document Services (GLODOCS) team and department users such as attorneys, paralegals, and professional staff, as well as coordinating department workflow, intaking document work requests, clarifying instructions, negotiating deadlines, communicating job statuses, maintaining the ServiceNow job queue, assigning work to team members, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
