Program / Project Architect - Infrastructure

Comply with organization/customer processes. Define solution/architecture including architectural requirements, playing the role of primary author (owner). Lead all communications about architecture with all stake holders. Preparation of Detail Design Document and Unit Test Plan based on the Functional Requirements and Business Process. Review of the work products before delivery for the completeness, correctness and adherence to standards. Assist Team Members on Solutions when required. Handling Conference calls as stand-in lead. Strategizing plans for Upgrade, Maintenance and Integration. Guide design work (based on defined architecture). Provide/Customize design guidelines for the projects. Provide guidance to design team. Review design artifacts. Provide guidance/advise to PM and DM. Identify technology related risks and provide mitigation plan. Lead PoC exercises related to project. Lead project documentation (High Level, Low Level, Implementation documentation etc.) Perform re-estimation at the end of each phase in all projects. Review performance testing strategy, plan and test cases artifacts. Provide support/guidance for deployment and performance testing. Review and guide system test plan preparation. Guide and support defect prevention activities. Mentoring New Members in Team. Onsite / Offsite coordination on queries, clarifications, status update, issues/concerns and support.
