Team Lead, Implementation Services

ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead, Implementation Services, who is responsible for implementing all aspects of ECI’s client’s technologies globally. This includes evaluating client technology needs, assisting with the development of configurations and standards that support ECI and Client business processes, utilizing automation of standardized solutions, validate and troubleshoot deployments, hardware/software installations and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs, and assisting with the creation of internal documentation and client facing training materials.
